A new studio formed by veteran developers from Panic Stations, known for their work on Fall Guys, has revealed its first game: Frog Sqwad! This chaotic co-op adventure is described as a “froggy friendslop game,” where up to eight players work together using teamwork, physics, and very sticky tongues. The game was officially shown during Day of the Devs 2025: The Game Awards Edition and is planned to release next year on PC via Steam.
Frog Sqwad puts players in a group of two to eight frogs on a mission to feed the hungry Swamp King. The gameplay is entirely physics-based, with players using their sticky tongues to swing from pipes, pull giant food through tight tunnels, and fling teammates across tricky obstacles. Working together is essential, as every puzzle and challenge relies on timing, movement, and a bit of slapstick chaos.
The aim of each run is simple: eat as much as possible. The more you eat, the bigger you grow until you turn into a rolling Megafrog. This transformation helps with progress and gives each run its own sense of style. After completing a run, you earn Gold, which can be used to buy new physics toys and gadgets that make future missions easier.
