Astromine, a new co-op survival game built around a fully destructible voxel solar system and realistic physics, has been announced for release on PC via Steam in 2026. The launch window was revealed during the Day of the Devs: Game Awards Edition 2025 showcase.

The game focuses on players working together to gather resources, build bases, and fight for control of the solar system. Each run begins with landing on a planet, digging through its crust, tunneling toward the core, and collecting the materials needed to stay alive. These resources are used to craft structures and starships, which you can then use to travel to new planets and continue the cycle of exploring, building, and competing for territory.

Every planet is uniquely generated, offering different landscapes, materials, and hazards. This variety is supported by the game’s “True Physics Survival” system, where objects and structures behave realistically. Because of this, engineering and stability matter just as much as resource gathering.

Combat also plays a major role. You will face off against rival robot factions in large-scale Robot vs. Robot battles, breaking through enemy walls, shutting down power grids, and destroying defenses. The danger doesn’t stop there as planets are filled with living, voxel-based alien creatures that can be blasted apart or sliced through, thanks to the fully destructible environments.
