Untitled Studio announced the Early Access release date for its medieval management simulator Blacksmith Master during the Triple-i Initiative Showcase, which is coming to PC via Steam on May 15, 2025. This game will allow you to manage production chains and grow a business that will attract customers throughout the kingdom.
You start as a small and unremarkable workshop, which can grow into a small factory where you will craft swords, armor, kitchen utensils, and jewelry. Every product begins as a raw material, such as ore mined from the earth or wood. Resource management is key to maintaining production, and your decisions on investing in labor camps or expanding the workshop will directly impact the success of your business.
The process of turning raw materials into finished products is complex. Every item has its recipe; some require complex procedures like forging, tempering, and grinding, while simpler items can be crafted faster. As your reputation grows, opportunities open up for expanding your workspace, upgrading tools, and developing new products to satisfy increasingly demanding clients.
