Spain-based indie studio Anima Project is preparing for the launch of its ambitious action RPG compilation, Anima: Gate of Memories I&II Remaster, which is set to arrive on November 7th. The enhanced collection will launch on Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S, with a dedicated version for the Nintendo Switch 2 slated for a 2026 release.

This definitive release combines the original Anima: Gate of Memories and its companion story, Anima: The Nameless Chronicles, into a single, cohesive new title. The developers have rebuilt both action RPGs from the ground up, featuring improved visuals, rebalanced combat, and finely tuned gameplay. A newly released trailer offers a side-by-side comparison, showcasing the scope of these new and improved features for players old and new.

To give players an early taste of the overhauled saga, a free demo has just been released on Steam. This timing is ahead of the title’s participation in the upcoming Steam Next Fest, which runs from October 13th to 20th.
