Who is Easy Delivery Co. for? I kept asking myself that question while I was playing. Is it for fans of transport simulators, players who enjoy eerie, solitary atmospheres, or those who just love a little bit of everything? Easy Delivery Co. was a great surprise. I thought the main story would be over in a couple of hours, but I was completely wrong. This game will not only hook you in, but it will also make you wonder: why is a cat transporting things in a small truck?
The game has no proper tutorial, but the gameplay is so simple that you’ll get the hang of it quickly. All you have to do is pick up a delivery, place it in your truck, close the trunk, and drive to your destination. But will it be easy? Absolutely not. You’ll face extreme weather, like snow covering the roads, and you can freeze to death if you stay outside for too long. Plus, one wrong move can send you flying across a mountain.
“The music and graphics perfectly fit the game’s vibe of dread and loneliness.”
You also have an energy bar and a fuel to manage, creating a constant balance of resource management. You’ll have to juggle your finances, complete objectives given by a dog, and find your own way, as the game never holds your hand. Easy Deliver Co. isn’t punishing: you can’t break things, but they can fly out of your truck. This will lower your tip at the destination and force you to re-load your goods on the way there.
It has multiple map levels, from local to intercity deliveries. Along the way, you’ll learn the roads, master the driving, and get to know the world you’re in. The maps, which are huge, don’t show your location, so don’t panic if you get lost — you will eventually find your way. But the most surprising element for me was the atmosphere. The music and graphics perfectly fit the game’s vibe of dread and loneliness, even as you continue to make deliveries.

The progression is steady, and you’ll improve over time. You start by just buying energy drinks, but you’ll eventually find tea and coffee for even more energy, along with different items to buy, such as a cooking pot for making coffee or winter wheels for your truck to move faster across snowy areas. While the first few hours are fun, the gameplay can get boring since you’ll be going back and forth to the same areas over and over, so keep that in mind.
As you travel, you’ll meet various locals who talk about their lives and offer warnings. In fact, the “spooky” element comes from the game’s atmosphere and narrative. The low-poly town residents often give you cryptic messages, and an unsettling story unfolds through environmental clues and dialogue. Your main goal is to find three radio stations to unlock the majority of the map, after which you can continue to explore and grind.
“Each map has its own layers, and the driving, while easy to control, can get ugly if you’re not careful.”
While on the surface it looks like a game that won’t offer much, it definitely has elements that will make you come back to it. I recommend you grind at the beginning and make deliveries, as things will get more hectic and complex as you keep playing. Each map has its own layers, and the driving, while easy to control, can get ugly if you’re not careful.

That said, don’t expect a vast or complex game. You can’t take multiple deliveries or queue them up, and extra planning usually just involves getting the closest package. While there are co-op elements, I haven’t been able to test them yet. Overall, you can’t go wrong with this one, especially since the driving offers great replayability and the title is quite cheap.
You could probably beat the game in less than three hours by rushing, or you could take your time and dive deeper into everything it has to offer. So, expect a minimum of five hours of gameplay.
In the end, Easy Delivery Co. is a game that successfully creates a unique tone by combining a relaxing sim with a dash of mystery and horror. It’s a game for those who enjoy taking things slow and uncovering a story at their own pace. Its strong atmosphere, retro aesthetic, and subtle hints of a deeper lore making it a memorable title for fans of both indie games and the cozy genre.
