During the Indie World Showcase livestream, developers at Furcule revealed the trailer for their newest game Morsels. This fast-paced action title with creature collecting is expected to launch in February, but you can already add it to your Steam wishlist.
In Morsels, you play as a hungry mouse searching for food in the sewers. However, after encountering magical, sentient clumps of fat, you quickly learn how to transform into a powerful little Morsel. With these newfound abilities, players head into dangerous overworld regions to fight against oppressive cat forces and collect new Morsels, which can be swapped strategically during combat.
Collect a roster of characters to play as and freely switch between them. Each Morsel has its own abilities and strengths, and can be affected by diseases or boosted by power-ups. You’re free to explore numerous hidden bonus levels with unique art styles and surprising gameplay twists.
