After selling more than 700,000 copies on Steam, underwater co-op horror game Murky Divers has officially launched on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, bringing its chaotic deep-sea survival experience to consoles with full cross-platform multiplayer.

Players take on the role of expendable employees working for Pharma Corps, diving into dangerous underwater facilities to dispose of bodies and erase evidence left behind after the company’s failed experiments. Missions combine exploration, resource management and teamwork while terrifying creatures stalk players in the darkness below.

The console release includes full cross-play between PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and Steam, allowing crews to tackle missions together regardless of platform. Players can venture out alone or form teams of up to eight people, navigating submarines through pitch-black waters using sonar while racing against limited oxygen supplies.

Alongside cooperative exploration, Murky Divers features proximity voice chat, physics-driven gameplay, immersive 3D audio, weekly challenge modes and global leaderboards, encouraging players to coordinate under pressure while surviving the horrors of the ocean depths.

To celebrate the console launch, the PC version has also received a major update with the addition of 18 Steam Achievements, rewarding players for completing a variety of objectives, from surviving dangerous expeditions to efficiently disposing of evidence during missions.
